My name is Jessica Hillsman, I am a christian woman, a mommy, a wife, and a flex RN at a local hospital. Most of my time and attention is devoted and focused on raising my two beautiful children and caring for my animals and household. When Covid hit I decided life is way to short to put dreams on hold, so by the grace of God I was fortunate to make one of my dreams a reality...to handle and raise my beloved dog breed the Bernese Mountian Dog.
Snickers a stunning AKC registered male was the chosen stud for our bitch. Snickers is a proven stud dog with over 10 strong healthy litters. We as breeders are confident that he meets every aspect of the standards of the breed. His coat is wavy and thick, his blocky head is in perfect proportion to his thick strong body, and his bone structure is that of a working dog. His markings are gorgeous black, white and rust. Best of all his temperament is gentle and mild. He is well trained, willing to please, sensitive, goofy and such a love bug. Snickers lives on a farm in northern Maryland he adores children and plays well with other dogs. Skye our AKC registered female is solid, she has impressive champion European bloodlines, she came all the way from Montana. Her personality is sweet and submissive. She is very patient and has kind eyes. I would describe her as calm, gentle and yet playful and a tease. She is very obedient and easy to handle. She is everything I could want or desire in a female. Although this will be her first litter I feel that she will be an awesome whelper. She also has beautiful markings that are identified as meeting the standard of the breed. Her colors are black, white and rust. Both dogs really are the whole package, health and genetic testing has been completed on both dogs.
Limited AKC registration available for puppies. Females and males are $3000. We reserve the right to keep any puppy for any reason. Deposit is nonrefundable unless I do not have a puppy of the preferred sex to sell you. All potential puppy parents must call to discuss and go over a short questionnaire. Please educate yourself on the breed and their specific requirements such as feeding, grooming, exercise requirement, nutrition, cost, potential health risk and life expectancy. These are truly wonderful dogs, they deserve your love, time and attention. Please consider all these things before adopting. We want our puppies to go to their forever homes and it be a rewarding experience for both dog and owner.
